A rainy day in Prague
So today we arrived in Prague, and will be spending two nights here before heading to Vienna for a flight back to Sofia, Bulgaria where we will take a train to Varna. Our Europe travels are nearing an end and I have some fabulous photos that I am just dyign to get to everyone – but apparently there are only a few places in Europe where internet access is unrestricted. Our hostel in Prague is extremely limited as well, so photos will have to wait once again. Sorry everyone!
We’re not too happy about the weather here today, it was beautiful and sunny when we arrived, and when we decided to head out and see the sights, a thundestorm rolled right in and stopped us in our tracks. It still looks rainy outside so we will probably call it an early evening. I’d call this something of a blessing because we can get a good full night of rest which is something we have had too few of in the last two weeks. No time to sleep on a journey like this 
Tomorrow we will go visit the Czech National History Museum (free on the first Monday of every month – how lucky is that?) and all of the old buildings around town. And of course try some of their beer, which I have been told they are famous for.
Tomorrow we will try and see everything there is to see in Prague which is no small feat, but we’re up to the task The adventure continues!

Oh my goodness… we totally missed your call and I was sad. This is the second time that you have called while I’m here in Barrie and didn’t get to talk to you! I’m so excited to see all of these pictures… and ESPECIALLY Desi’s sketches! I miss you guys so much and can’t wait to see you. Bungie and Molly miss you too!

Hi Don and Desi
We were all so sad to have missed your call today….but finally had a day of sunshine so we headed to the Kempenfest festival at the lakeshore in Barrie. SO we really understand your disappointment when the rain came in and put a damper on your day. We saw lots of paintings and framed photos at the festival that were way over priced… Don we are looking forward to seeing and framing some of your photographs and Desi we would love to hang some of your paintings in our home.
