Today was a welcomed day off for me. I took some time and went exploring in the woods near my house called “Lackies Bush”. There was a trail that followed a winding creek that was very relaxing and enjoyable. I got some great photos that I’d love to share with you all.

My favourite from today is my photo of a Pileated Woodpecker, which was the last thing I found on my way home. Its great to get some fresh air on days like today! It rained a bit, but it somehow added to the experience. It was a great way to spend my afternoon.
